2017 Port
Tinta Roriz grapes fermented and fortified with brandy to retain sweetness in the traditional port-making method. One barrel was produced and aged for 4 years before bottling unfined and unfiltered. Lip-smacking sweet blackberry, raspberry, fig, brown sugar and caramel. 19% alcohol content and 9.5% residual sugar makes this bottle intoxicatingly sweet and alluring – just like our winery dog, Ruby.
