Federal laws requires that customers must be 21 years of age or older to order and receive wine. All wine orders require an adult signature with age identification verification at delivery. If an adult signature cannot be obtained the shipping company may attempt to re-deliver the order on another day or hold the shipment at a local pick-up location. Multiple failed attempts to deliver the package with an adult signature may result in the package being shipped back to the winery. All associated shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to make sure that you receive your shipment. Please be sure to include an e-mail address and phone number where the winery and shipping company can easily reach you in order to communicate the status of your package and please use a shipping address where an adult signature can be given.
