2021 Rosé of Sangiovese

Aromas of white peach, rose petal and lemon blossom. On the palate flavors of white cherry, watermelon, lemon and grapefruit. A dry (not sweet), tart and refreshing Rosé, Pair with salads with goat cheese and citrus toppings, lemon grilled salmon or chicken, semi-firm sheep’s milk cheese (Pecorino, Manchengo), or just a simple glass on a pool chaise lounge or sandy beach chair.
