Our 6th vintage of this elegant (and somewhat underappreciated varietal). This wine is like our secret sauce: it’s used to make other wines and blends better, but also just as good to indulge in its own! Full bodied and highly complex. Velvety and rich with notes of ripe blueberry, plum, and dark cherry with flavors of oregano and chocolate on the finish. Pair with roast pork, stews, braised short ribs and mushroom dishes.
