The Firenze blend gave Bottle Jack a unique wine to offer our first fans, and we soon became known and sought after for it. Working with the rare California Sangiovese grape also earned us a smidge of fame in the vast wine industry. Only 1,300 acres of Sangiovese are planted in California, whereas for perspective, Cabernet Sauvignon, the most widely planted, has over 90,000 acres! Since the beginning, Firenze has inspired additional Super Tuscan-style blends such as our Sabina’s Blend and JJ’s Cuvée.
