Tasting Notes:
Prominent dark cherry and plum balanced by brown spices (cinnamon, cardamom, clove) licorice, cedar with touch of tobacco leaf. Soft tea-like tannins with a powdered cinnamon finish.
Pair with burgers, tomato-based dishes, grilled portabella mushrooms, chili, Mexican food, Manchego cheese.
